Represented O&H Properties on the development of the £150 million shopping centre and residential development of 279 apartments and penthouse suites. The campaign also involved the wider regeneration of Walton-on-Thames town centre. We devised a successful trade PR campaign during the development stages to support the scheme’s positioning and leasing strategy and we developed a new brand identity for the destination. We also handled the consumer launch and went on to manage the ongoing marketing campaign with Savills Commercial.
