Coverdale Barclay appointed to deliver marketing and PR for the regeneration of Bracknell Town Centre

Coverdale Barclay is delighted to announce that it has been appointed by The Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP), a 50:50 joint venture between Legal & General Capital and Schroder UK Real Estate Fund, to deliver the marketing and PR for the £200m regeneration of Bracknell Town Centre.

BRP is regenerating Bracknell Town Centre and providing an exciting new retail and leisure scheme, with and residential development within landscaped public spaces. Anchor tenants include the fashion-led department store Fenwick, TopShop, Marks & Spencer, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Carluccios and a 12 screen Cineworld multiplex, in addition to the highly successful Waitrose.  The transformation began this Spring and will be completed by Spring 2017.
