Swansea City Council and developer RivingtonHark have appointed Coverdale Barclay to deliver consumer and B2B PR, marketing, digital marketing, social media and stakeholder engagement for their Swansea Central scheme in the city centre. The scheme is a £120m mixed-use development, combining culture, retail and leisure, alongside 33 new homes, offices, 200,000 sq ft of new public spaces and improved permeability. Swansea Central is part of the much wider, ambitious regeneration programme across the city.
