Coverdale Barclay delivered press relations and social media support for TCN, a privately owned niche business creating innovative and exceptional workspaces in London and the UK, with some wider regeneration projects.

TCN has a strong track record of identifying opportunities for regeneration and value enhancement, often becoming the catalyst for the wider regeneration of areas, including residential, retail and leisure. As developers and operators, TCN has a long-term involvement in buildings, with a passion to create places for people to work, live and enjoy.

Coverdale Barclay’s ongoing role includes delivering communications for pipeline projects including Assay Studios in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter, and Piano House in Brixton, both of which are being regenerated into creative hubs to be used by a mixture of start-up companies and established businesses.

Coverdale Barclay will also be working with TCN to deliver communications for larger projects including the regeneration of the Bath Quays South area of Bath. A Joint Venture partnership between BMT Group and Bath & North East Somerset Council, TCN is working with the JV to regenerate the Grade 2 listed Newark Works building into creative workspace, as part of the wider regeneration of the area.

TCN’s portfolio has a value of £50 million, with regeneration over 500,000 sq ft, attracting over 150 companies to its portfolio. TCN has won a number of awards for its work, most notably Enterprise Zone Business of the year in Bristol.
