On behalf of Quintain, Coverdale Barclay delivers the B2B retail and leisure communications for the £3bn regeneration of Wembley Park. A new neighbourhood for North London, the 85-acre mixed-use development will include over 500,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, including some 240,000 sq ft of new build.

Wembley Park will offer four distinct new districts, including The Village, with a curated mix of independent operators; The Boulevard, with destination shopping and dining experiences; White Horse Square, with daily conveniences; and The Park for health and well-being. Quintain’s vision for a transformed retail and leisure offer will begin in late 2018, with the arrival of the third Boxpark and a new 2,000 capacity theatre.
