The Coverdale Barclay team developed a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy for The Portman Estate to profile its 110 acre Marylebone property portfolio in London.
The strategy was designed to raise the profile of the Estate, and showcase its role as a proactive and responsible landlord, developer and placemaker in London’s West End. Outputs included drafting a corporate tone of voice, developing a brand hierarchy for The Portman Estate, Marylebone, and its individual retail destinations, as well as developing corporate key messages. Following this, we secured a series of media interviews and features for the Estate to communicate its successes and vision for the area, including a three-page spread in EG and double page spread in London Evening Standard Homes and Property.
