Appointed to generate support and advocacy for a major town centre transformation of Leatherhead in Surrey, ahead of planning submission, for the JV between Kier Property and Mole Valley District Council.
Our work
Developing and delivering a strategic, but detailed stakeholder and political engagement plan. Delivering two major public consultation programmes, managing both proactive and reactive media relations and social media to drive awareness and engagement. Coverdale Barclay also articulated the place proposition for the town to support the leasing strategy.
