UKREiiF returns to Leeds this May, and we will be on the ground supporting clients across a busy conference programme.
Muse has secured its dedicated pavilion at The Fearns at The Department for the third consecutive year, for the future of UK cities and towns. With a combined pipeline of £4.6bn and nearly 15,000 homes through its partnerships with ECF, Habiko and Waterside Places, Muse will be showcasing the depth and ambition of its national programme.
Tameside Council arrives at UKREiiF with real momentum. The borough will host a dedicated roundtable and participate in sessions including the North West Investor & Developer Breakfast and the Save Construction Initiative. Key themes include Ashton’s role as a national model for transport-led regeneration and Godley Green Garden Village as a blueprint for affordable housing delivery at scale.
Meanwhile, developer Vastint will co-host an invitation-only fringe roundtable with AUDE and Estates Gazette at Leeds’ iconic Tetley Tea Building, exploring how satellite campuses within managed mixed-use urban estates can support the next wave of university expansion, with a particular focus on its Sugar House Island project in Stratford East London.
And our client Placefirst, the UK’s leading BTR SFH developer and operator, will be participating in a dedicated session examining the role of Build to Rent in addressing the UK’s housing shortage, exploring how policy, finance, infrastructure and planning are shaping the viability and delivery of new schemes, informed by new research into BTR’s contribution to housing supply.
Associate Director Kelly Kerruish and Director Ros Barclay will both be attending. To arrange a meeting, please get in touch: ros.barclay@coverdalebarclay.com / kelly.kerruish@coverdalebarclay.com
