Queensberry Real Estate, Development Managers for Merseyside Pension Fund, release new images for Tunsgate Square, Guildford

The new developed Tunsgate Square will create an environment both internally and externally that brings together the High Street, Tunsgate, and Castle Street and in particular the connection with the Castle and its gardens. Queensberry Real Estate is attracting a lot of interest from both retail and restaurant occupiers who would be new to Guildford, some of whom are based locally. The aim is to create a distinctive mix of both independent and national names that separates the development from what is currently on offer in the town. The new Tunsgate Square will be somewhere all the people of Guildford can be proud of and enjoy. The aim is to start development works in the Summer.
