Retail Reopens at London Designer Outlet

London Designer Outlet (LDO), London’s leading premium fashion and lifestyle outlet destination, reopened on 15th June, in line with the Government’s easing of lockdown measures. To support the reopening, Coverdale Barclay delivered targeted communications to the local Brent and Middlesex community through regional media coverage, to inform consumers about the extensive safety measures that had been put in place, and the positive public response on the day of launch.

Positive media coverage was secured in the Brent & Kilburn Times, and a series of customer and staff vox-pop videos were produced on opening day and posted to social media and LDO’s digital channels.
