Coverdale Barclay’s expertise employed for Birmingham’s tallest office building

Coverdale Barclay has been appointed by Tristan Capital Partners and Sterling Property Ventures to handle national and pan-European communications for the 26-storey 103 Colmore Row, Birmingham’s tallest office tower.

The building is crammed with the latest innovations, from a dedicated app, said to be a first in the city for a commercial office building, to playing a significant role in Birmingham City Council’s climate change strategy, which aims to reduce CO2 emissions by 60% by 2027.

103 will feature a double-height sky bar and restaurant on the 24th floor offering diners panoramic views across the city plus a ground floor cocktail bar and café.

At a time that companies are looking to open in regional cities following the pandemic, our role is for innovative media relations and creative campaigns to highlight the appeal of 103 Colmore Row.
