Woolbro Group speaks to BBC on the UK’s housing affordability crisis

Britain today has a new Prime Minister – but will a new Premier make any difference to the housing crisis?

During an at times heated six-week campaign, both candidates vowed to protect the greenbelt and prioritise brownfield development.

But regenerating urban sites can often prove more complex – both physically and in terms of obtaining planning consent.

Ben Woolman, Director at Coverdale Barclay client Woolbro Group, spoke with the BBC’s Mark Easton about the scale of the challenges the new Prime Minister faces when it comes to addressing the UK’s housing affordability crisis.
