Described by the Mail on Sunday in 2017 as “the first comprehensive reinvention of a post-war new town”, it is hard to believe that it has been five years since Legal & General and Schroders opened Bracknell’s new town centre, The Lexicon, becoming a new benchmark for town centre regeneration.
With a focus on quality public realm, a varied retail mix and an emphasis on enhancing Bracknell’s evening economy, The Lexicon has remained relevant to the way we live, work and play, despite the major shifts that have occurred since its launch.
It was an honour to have been a part of it.
