“The West End is roaring back to life” says our client The Langham Estate, which has announced over 54,000 sq ft of new commercial lettings across its Fitzrovia Estate.
News arrivals will include boutique office operator Creo London, award-winning content production and marketing company Trailer Park – the latest addition to the Estate’s growing media hub which surrounds the iconic BBC Broadcasting House – two new medical and beauty clinics and two new restaurants.
The deals are the latest demonstration of the West End’s continued rebound, and solidify the Estate’s status as a magnet for a wide range of businesses looking for prime commercial space.
