A wave of press attention for JTRE London’s’s groundbreaking office destination in CoStar, Property Week and Estates Gazette

We recently brought Paul Norman from CoStar and Jamie Bennett Ness from Property Week to 220 Blackfriars, for a first-hand insight into how 220 Blackfriars is setting a new standard for the workplace in terms of amenity, social impact, design and occupier experience.

Set for completion in 2027, 220 Blackfriars is a major new mixed-use development on the South Bank that will bring together 220,000 sq ft of Grade A workspace, new ground floor F&B and a wide range of amenity spaces designed to make the day-to-day office experience more collaborative, flexible and enjoyable. It also includes Edward Edward’s House, an almshouse delivered in partnership with Southwark Charities, which will provide affordable homes for local older residents in Southwark.

This resulted in a strong run of coverage in CoStar and Property Week, positioning JTRE London at the forefront of the conversation on London’s office market.

We also landed an opinion piece on behalf of JTRE London’s Managing Director Nigel Fleming in Estates Gazette.    The piece explores how almshouses like JTRE London’s Stirling Prize winning Applyby Blue are delivering crucial affordable homes to address the acute shortfall of these properties in London.

Together, all three pieces of coverage position JTRE London as a leading developer in London, delivering schemes with long lasting economic and social value.
