AEW Europe has appointed Coverdale Barclay to deliver all industry and consumer communications for the refurbishment of one million sq. ft. retail and leisure destination, Festival Place in Basingstoke town centre.

Home to over 200 brands, and a 10-screen Vue Cinema, Festival Place boasts footfall of 18 million pa, and an enviable catchment of 1.3 million people with higher-than-average household income. Festival Place’s refurbishment and rebranding programme will modernize the centre, and create a more inspiring shopping and leisure experience for the people of Basingstoke to enjoy.
