Coverdale Barclay and Arup host the first in a series of roundtables

How will the UK’s next government enable and fund regeneration? This was the central question at this morning’s roundtable event we hosted in partnership with Arup – the first in series we’re hosting together across the UK this year.

Facilitated by award-winning journalist Adam Branson, and joined by an impressive line-up of senior industry leaders and guest of honour Sir John Armitt, Chair of the National Infrastructure Commission, the discussion left no stone unturned, from where the funding for regeneration will come from, to devolution, planning reform and procurement.

Thank you to Alex Conway, James Saunders, Stuart Harris, Simon Marshall, Phil Hardie, Polly Plunket-Checkemian, Suzi Winstanley, Guy Butler, Ian Tasker,  Sir Stuart Lipton, Robert Sloper, Katie Hickman ChPP and Annabel Turbutt-Day for joining us. And of course to our esteemed co-hosts Joanna Rowelle and Alex Phillips from Arup. Your perspectives were invaluable and made for a lively, nuanced, insightful and solutions-focused discussion.

A report of the event’s key out-takes will be available soon. If you’d like to receive this, you can register at https://www.coverdalebarclay.com/newsletter/
