Coverdale Barclay works towards the launch of The Lexicon Bracknell

Coverdale Barclay is delivering the communications for the regeneration of Bracknell town centre, from brand development and trade and national consumer press, to stakeholder relations and the ultimate launch in Spring 2017.

At 1 million sq ft, the scheme is one of the biggest town centre regeneration projects currently taking place in the UK, and it will create a new social and cultural heart for the borough, by providing a high-quality retail, leisure and entertainment mix within landscaped public spaces. Anchor brands include Fenwick, Marks & Spencer and Cineworld, which compliments the existing Waitrose.

The Bracknell Regeneration Partnership is a 50:50 joint venture between Legal & General Capital and Schroder UK Real Estate Fund, and is supported by Bracknell Forest Council. This month saw the brand launch of the new name and brand identity for the scheme, ‘The Lexicon Bracknell’.
