Coverdale Barclay works with Revo to deliver a Study Tour of The Lexicon Bracknell

Coverdale Barclay is working with Revo to deliver a Study Tour of £240 million regeneration project The Lexicon Bracknell. The Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, a Joint Venture between Legal & General Capital and Schroder UK Real Estate Fund, working in partnership with Bracknell Forest Council, is delivering the retail and leisure scheme as part of an investment of £768 million being spent on the regeneration of Bracknell Forest Borough.

Held on Thursday 20th October, the Study Tour will give attendees the opportunity to be the first to see the groundbreaking regeneration project at the heart of Bracknell’s town centre transformation.

Attendees will take a tour of The Lexicon, taking in The Avenue, set to become home to premium fashion brands, including M&S and a brand new Fenwick department store, Eagle Lane, which will be home to a 12-screen Cineworld and host of restaurants, and Braccan Walk, which will feature high-street shops, including TopShop, TopMan, River Island and Primark.

Bracknell is the first post-war new town to be comprehensively masterplanned and regenerated. The Lexicon Bracknell is a brand new 580,000 sq. ft. retail, restaurant and leisure destination, part of 1 million sq. ft. of retail and leisure within the improved town centre. Coverdale Barclay is delivering the communications for the regeneration of Bracknell town centre, including brand development, stakeholder relations, trade and national PR, and the ultimate launch in 2017.
