Flurry of coverage for Placefirst’s latest scheme

Last month, we announced the completion of our client Placefirst’s latest BTR scheme, Deansgate Gardens, to both trade and consumer press.

The £35m development sits at the heart of Bolton’s town centre, and consists of 167 high quality and sustainable homes, as well as new public realm, ground-floor commercial units, and communal outdoor spaces.

The completion of Deansgate Gardens marks the delivery of a key part of Bolton Councils £1bn masterplan, which aims to regenerate the town centre by delivering modern housing, new workplaces, revitalised retail and leisure opportunities, green spaces, and improved connectivity.

Placefirst has worked closely with the council to deliver the scheme, ensuring that it aligns with local priorities and meets the demand for long-term, professionally managed and centrally located rental properties in the town. The new scheme underlines Placefirst’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality rental homes where they’re needed across the UK.

We landed the announcement in both trade and consumer press titles including BTR News, Manchester Evening News and Manchester World, supporting Placefirst’s industry profile and raising awareness of the scheme amongst potential residents.
