Flurry of office leasings for Sugar House Island & Devonshire Square

Exciting leasing news for Q1 for both Sugar House Island and Devonshire Square (DSQ)

International Workplace Group (IWG), the leading global workspace provider, has taken space at Chimney Walk, the newest phase of the Island.

Meanwhile, four companies – Railpen, ICE, Bullhorn UK and Manpower UK – take a combined five floors at DSQ7, the newest office building at Devonshire Square.

These leasing successes demonstrate the continued appeal of quality and sustainable workspaces in
well-connected and well-managed locations.
