Marylebone to launch first food festival in March 2018

Spring 2018 will see the inaugural Marylebone Food Festival launch in the West End, a ten-day celebration of one of London’s most exciting and diverse culinary destinations. Home to some of the most reputable names on the UK food scene, Marylebone Food Festival will shine a spotlight on restaurants and talented chefs from the 8th – 18th March, with an impressive line-up of events.

Opening the Festival on 8th March is an unmissable dining experience; taking place in a dramatic medieval church behind Oxford Street – The Church of the Annunciation, Marble Arch – over ten of Marylebone’s restaurants and wine bars, including Trishna, The Providores, Roux at the Landau and Clarette will collaborate to prepare an exclusive taster menu with dishes and flavours from around the world, all paired with a specially curated wine flight.

Another Festival highlight includes the Marylebone Street Kitchen, an all-day al fresco food fiesta with a twist. Free to attend, Marylebone Street Kitchen will bring together a programme of drink and dining experiences, from masterclasses and workshops, tastings and talks, alongside street food and drinks from the likes of The Grazing Goat, Hoppers, and 108 Brasserie.

Coverdale Barclay is managing communications and event planning for Marylebone Food Festival, on behalf of The Portman Estate and Howard de Walden.
