Muse selected to help shape Bristol Temple Quarter

This week, we announced our client Muse has been appointment as the preferred development partner for Bristol Temple Quarter (BTQ). The BTQLLP has selected Muse to lead the transformation of Temple Meads West and St Philip’s Marsh, a major regeneration programme that will deliver up to 10,000 new homes alongside commercial space, improved connectivity and significant public realm in the heart of the city.

Muse was appointed following a competitive procurement process. Its vision for inclusive, mixed-use placemaking and its proven track record of delivering complex regeneration schemes across the UK played a key role in the decision.

The appointment marks an important milestone for one of the UK’s most ambitious regeneration projects, which is already benefitting from major public investment in new transport infrastructure and will play a central role in Bristol’s long-term growth.

Muse’s selection underlines its continued commitment to delivering large-scale, partnership-led regeneration that creates inclusive and sustainable places. Muse is a long-standing and committed partner in the city of Bristol, having recently marked 10 years of the transformative Wapping Wharf scheme, which has revitalised the city’s waterfront and created a vibrant mixed-use destination in the cultural and historical heart of Bristol.

The announcement received wide-spread coverage across the trade media in titles including Green Street News, Estates Gazette and Building Magazine, totalling an audience reach of 3.6m and 91 brand mentions.
