Muse’s Stroudley Walk spotlighted in Metro’s Neighbourhood Watch

Last week our client Muse was featured in Metro’s Property & Home: Neighbourhood Watch supplement, shining a spotlight on its Stroudley Walk neighbourhood in London, and highlighting the development’s role in Bow’s ongoing regeneration story.

The feature positions Bow at the heart of East London’s “golden triangle” – linking the City of London, Canary Wharf, and Stratford – and explores the area’s growing appeal to first-time buyers, driven by excellent transport connections, relative affordability and a rich local heritage.

Stroudley Walk is recognised as a key development helping to reshape the area. Delivered by Muse, the masterplan delivers a vibrant mixed-use community with much-needed new homes, at 50% affordable, green spaces, a community hub and inclusive public spaces for recreation.

The coverage builds on last year’s milestone, when the first affordable homes at Stroudley Walk were handed over to joint venture partner Poplar HARCA. This year, these homes continue to form part of a wider vision for inclusive, community-focused regeneration in Bromley-by-Bow.

The feature in Metro underscores both the momentum behind Bow’s transformation and the role of Stroudley Walk in delivering high-quality, accessible homes within one of London’s most dynamic growth areas. It also caps off a significant week for the area, with Bow recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Live list at the weekend, further cementing its growing reputation as one of East London’s most desirable neighbourhoods.
