We have recently been appointed on 220 Blackfriars, a landmark commercial development by JTRE London that is redefining exemplar workplaces.
Located on Blackfriars Road, opposite the Hoxton Hotel and within a short walk of Waterloo, Blackfriars and London Bridge, this transformative development marks the next chapter in the evolution of the area as one of London’s leading workplace destinations. With one of the most distinctive and attractive new additions to the capital’s skyline in recent years, 220 Blackfriars is set to become an iconic presence in London when it opens in 2028.
But this is more than a striking building.
The building is shaking up traditional commercial office development with a bold placemaking approach, one that delivers exceptional amenities while embedding genuine community value. 5% of occupier rents, equating to approximately £1m a year, will be donated to Southwark Charities to issue as local grants.
