Destination PR and marketing for The Portman Estate’s retail and leisure destinations in Marylebone, London, known as ‘Portman Marylebone’, to raise awareness of the independent shopping and dining offer, and drive footfall.
Coverdale Barclay worked with The Portman Estate for over ten years incorporating popular streets Chiltern Street, New Quebec Street and Seymour Place. The team developed the brand propositions for each of the streets, to articulate their unique characters, and delivered on-going, seasonal, integrated PR and marketing campaigns. Coverdale Barclay managed the social media platforms for Portman Marylebone to engage with the large local catchment, and project managed creative and popular events including Portman Marylebone Summer Street Party and Chiltern Street Christmas event. The team also delivered B2B PR to attract occupiers.
