Ellandi is the UK’s leading investment manager of Community Shopping Centres, and its assets under management comprise over 30 shopping centres in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, valued in excess of £1.25bn. Coverdale Barclay has been supporting Ellandi on its corporate positioning and reputation.
Coverdale Barclay was initially appointed to help Ellandi articulate its corporate brand proposition, and project manage the brand refresh and new visual concepts for their website and corporate marketing collateral. The team were then instructed to develop a strategic corporate communications plan and provide regular counsel to the in-house marketing team to deliver the plan.
