Supporting developer, Queensberry, to a successful planning consent, attracting occupiers and building anticipation locally for the transformation of Tunsgate Quarter, Guildford – a 80,000 sq. ft. mix of premium retailers and restaurants
From pre-planning consultation, through to start on-site, construction and launch, Coverdale Barclay delivered the integrated PR and marketing strategy for the major redevelopment. This included B2B PR news and features to support the leasing team in attracting target brands, as well as consumer PR and social media, to build anticipation for the centre’s re-opening and to manage local sensitivities.
The team project managed the full launch programme, including a VIP preview with the Mayor of Guildford and the Leader of Guildford Borough Council and delivered a successful opening.
