The new developed Tunsgate Square will create an environment both internally and externally that brings together the High Street, Tunsgate, and Castle Street and in particular the connection with the Castle and its gardens. Queensberry Real Estate is attracting a lot of interest from both retail and restaurant occupiers who would be new to Guildford, some of whom are based locally.
