Queensberry Real Estate is due to start works onsite at Tunsgate Square, Guildford, to transform the 70,000 sq ft. shopping centre into a distinctive new retail, restaurant and café quarter in the heart of the town centre. Coverdale Barclay is representing Queensberry Real Estate, on behalf of the Merseyside Pension Fund, on PR and Social Media as part of the re-positioning of this £10m scheme. This follows on from CB’s role in PR and stakeholder communications during pre-planning to consent, which was successfully granted in March this year.
