A new benchmark in innovative town centre transformation, Stockport MDC, together with Stockport Council, Homes England and key partners such as Capital&Centric and Transport for Greater Manchester, is driving forward positive change for local people through the delivery of a major £500million masterplan that will bring new homes, jobs, green infrastructure and community spaces to the town centre.

The Leader of the Council Mark Hunter sums it up nicely: “we’re blazing a trail that others are keen to follow.”
