The Lexicon Bracknell named `Best of the Best’

The massive urban regeneration of Bracknell town centre has been recognised as the `Best of the Best’. At the 2017 Revo Gold Awards on 6 December, Coverdale Barclay client The Lexicon Bracknell scooped the Re:new award for “projects that have positively impacted their surrounding environment.”

To round off a notable night, a live poll of the great and good at the Revo Annual Dinner crowned the scheme the `Best of the Best’ from across all of the night’s category winners.

The Lexicon Bracknell is also now ranked 33rd best shopping destination in the UK, according to authoritative industry commentator Trevor Wood Associates. This compares with 255th position in 2017, demonstrating the major improvements made.

Coverdale Barclay delivered the B2B and B2C media relations, marketing and stakeholder relations for this £240 million retail and leisure town centre transformation in Berkshire. The scheme was developed by the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, a joint venture between Legal & General and Schroder, and supported by Bracknell Forest Council.
