Transformative plans for Leatherhead

CB has recently been appointed by Kier Property to support the public consultation for the regeneration of Leatherhead town centre in Surrey. The Leret Partnership – a JV between Kier and Mole Valley District Council – is bringing forward proposals to transform large swathes of the town to create a mixed-use development that will transform the town centre. Leatherhead has been on the cusp of regeneration for some time, so the next stage is designed to garner feedback from the local community before a planning is submitted.

Exciting times ahead for the town.
