Two audiences, one day: A double whammy for Devonshire Square (DSQ)

This week, our work for Devonshire Square – a workplace and leisure campus just moments from Liverpool Street – delivered a powerful example of what strategic, integrated PR can achieve.

In a single day, we secured standout coverage across two very different media landscapes: an op-ed in Property Week by Nuveen Director and asset manager of DSQ, Andy Booth, on why the industry needs to move beyond EPC to establish workplaces that deliver true environmental and social impact. And, a consumer lifestyle piece in Hello! Magazine, spotlighting DSQ’s vibrant events programme.

Together, these stories demonstrate how the right narrative, told through the right lens, can resonate with different audiences to support our client’s commercial goals.

For Devonshire Square, this means showing how the campus is not only meeting the needs of modern occupiers with future-ready, sustainable workspaces, but also creating a destination with real personality – a place where people want to spend time, not just clock in.

We’re proud to be working with Nuveen to help tell both sides of the story.
