We’ve been working hard over the past couple of weeks to support our client Placefirst and announce two major milestones for its growing UK Build-to-Rent portfolio.
In Bolton, Placefirst has welcomed its first residents to its new Deansgate Gardens development, which was news we shared with regional and local press to drive further interest in the remaining properties from potential residents. The development is a significant addition to Placefirst’s presence in the North West, offering modern homes in a prime location, available for long-term rent.
In the East Midlands, Placefirst has expanded its footprint as well as its partnership with leading contemporary homebuilder Strata, signing a deal to deliver 104 single family rental homes in Bilborough, Nottingham. It’s a significant step forward for the JV, which aims to build 500 sustainable, high-quality homes across the UK by 2028 and we announced it to trade press in partnership with both Strata and Auxesia, Placefirst’s S106 partner, which will deliver 26 affordable homes at the site.
The coverage we achieved from these announcements highlighted Placefirst’s ability to combine design excellence, community-building and sustainable growth, demonstrating the continued impact of their strategy to deliver homes that meet the needs of modern renters across the UK.
