UBS has appointed Coverdale Barclay to deliver communications to support Springfields Outlet, part of its Triton Property Fund. UBS has invested £1.2m in a significant expansion of the leisure offer at Springfields, and the new attractions will complement the outlet retail offer and create a more appealing destination, attracting higher spending visitors and further premium retailers.
