Coverdale Barclay client Untold Living has this week submitted a planning application for a 2.5-acre seafront site at Sovereign Harbour in Eastbourne.
The CB team secured a sweeping coverage cross key industry publications including BE News, Property Week, React News and EG.
Subject to planning consent, the later living developer-operator’s new Integrated Retirement Community (IRC) will deliver 137 much-needed, purpose-built homes for older people overlooking the English Channel.

The proposals, designed by Gaunt Francis, also include communal spaces for the wider Eastbourne community.
