Woolbro leads the charge for socially and environmentally conscious SME developers

Coverdale Barclay is immensely proud to have played an instrumental role in helping our long-term client Woolbro Group develop a new environmental and social impact strategy.

Headed by brothers Ben and Dave Woolman, Woolbro Group is a family-run residential and commercial property developer with a strong focus on delivering high-quality new housing for first-time buyers across London and the South East of England.

Working closely with the wider Woolbro team, Coverdale Barclay facilitated a workshop to identify new goals and commitments, charity partnerships and other social and environmental initiatives and priorities, as the industry works towards its net zero ambitions.
