Grayson Place town centre development in Nuneaton launches

Grayson Place, a new £68m major town centre development has launched in Nuneaton.

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, with strategic development partners, Queensberry are transforming a 2.3-hectare mixed-use development in Abbey Street into the new culture and leisure destination for Nuneaton and Warwickshire.

The development includes a 145-room hotel, the first hotel in Nuneaton, a food hall, 5-screen cinema as well as a Digital Skills and Innovation Centre, housing, workspace and a multi-storey car park.

The destination has been named Grayson Place, paying tribute to the late entertainer Larry Grayson, who called Nuneaton his home.

To launch the destination we were in Nuneaton to invite local media to site and announce the news to local and trade press.
