Coverdale Barclay is working with The Portman Estate to raise the profile of the Estate’s three key retail and dining destinations; Chiltern Street, Seymour Place and New Quebec Street. As part of this Coverdale Barclay worked with an illustrator to produce an illustrated store directory, showcasing the retailers and restaurants across the three streets, as well as other highlights from the Estate.
9,000 copies of the directory were distributed to the retailers on the three streets, as well as to local hotels, and residents in Marylebone and northern Mayfair.
