Muse has announced the completion of its Stroudley Walk neighbourhood in Bromley-by-Bow, which has delivered a 50% affordable, mixed-use neighbourhood in partnership with Poplar HARCA. This development represents the type of impactful, sustainable regeneration that we’re proud to support.
More than a residential development, Stroudley Walk has been designed to create a vibrant, inclusive neighbourhood that supports long-term community growth. The development reflects Muse’s commitment to delivering places that combine high-quality affordable housing, public realm and community infrastructure to make a positive and lasting impact.
The neighbourhood responds to the high demand for quality, affordable and family sized housing to rent in Tower Hamlets, delivering 82 family sized affordable homes at London Living Rent, as well as shared ownership homes and studio apartments in the 25-storey tower.
The neighbourhood also includes ground-floor retail, a really special community hub operated by local people, a new play park, green spaces and significant public realm improvements, designed to bring communities together.
The completion of the development adds to Muse’s growing portfolio of 50% affordable neighbourhoods across London and the South, reflecting its continued focus on delivering long-term, mixed-use regeneration in partnership with housing associations and local authorities.
