Demand for office space at DSQ continues

Our client Devonshire Square (DSQ) is set to be the home of the new London headquarters of major international law firm RPC, marking a significant new office deal for the destination and the wider City of London.
RPC will take all five floors at DSQ 10, leaving its Tower Bridge premises after nearly 20 years, having found that DSQ’s high-quality space, connectivity and sustainability credentials meet its current business needs.
DSQ 10, a Grade II-listed building with a private roof terrace, epitomises DSQ and its asset manager Nuveen’s approach to sustainability, running on fully renewable energy and incorporating carbon offsetting methods.
The wider DSQ campus provides a mix of high-quality amenities, including renowned F&B destinations and an arts and wellness-focused events programme for local workers, as well as offering excellent transport links, with Liverpool Street station just five minutes away. This has resulted in significant leasing success at DSQ, with multiple businesses across a number of sectors choosing to move to the Square over recent years, including those in tech, fintech, music production, recruitment and finance.
