Bringing history back to life

Regeneration specialist TCN UK is bringing forward a major new mixed-use creative hub in Bath Quays South, called Newark Works. When complete, four Grade-II listed buildings dating back to the mid-19thcentury will be brought back to life, featuring more than 40,000 sq ft of office space for entrepreneurs.

We are thrilled to be working with TCN UK to tell the story of how the developer will be preserving the scheme’s heritage for 21stcentury communities.
